DraftX is designed to store the content you create for your own use. We built this app with a strong belief that your writing is yours alone.

Information Stored on Your Device and iCloud

DraftX stores the drafts, variants, tags, platform selections, archive state, pin state, and copy/share counts that you create or change in the app on your device.

If iCloud is enabled for the app and available on your device, this data may also sync through your personal iCloud account using Apple iCloud/CloudKit.

DraftX does not store your draft content on servers operated by the app developer.

The app also stores basic preferences, such as sort order and default platform selections, on your device.

iCloud Sync

If iCloud is enabled for the app and available on your device, DraftX may sync your draft content and related draft data through Apple iCloud/CloudKit using your Apple ID.

iCloud sync is provided by Apple. DraftX does not operate its own server for syncing your draft content.

Tracking and Advertising

DraftX does not track you across apps or websites.

DraftX does not sell your data.

DraftX does not use your draft content for advertising.

Sharing

When you choose to open or share content with a platform such as X, Threads, Bluesky, LinkedIn, Facebook, or Instagram, that platform may receive the content you choose to share. Their own privacy policies apply after you leave DraftX.

Data Deletion

You can delete drafts inside the app. If iCloud sync is enabled, deletion may sync through iCloud to your other devices.

You can also manage iCloud app data through your device's iCloud settings.
