By using DraftX, you agree to these terms.

Use of the App

DraftX is provided as a tool for writing, organizing, and preparing text drafts for your own use.

You are responsible for the content you create, store, copy, open, or share using the app.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the content you create in DraftX.

DraftX stores your content on your device and, if iCloud is enabled, may sync it through your personal iCloud account using Apple iCloud/CloudKit.

The app developer does not claim ownership of your draft content.

Third-Party Services

DraftX may help you open or share content with third-party services such as X, Threads, Bluesky, LinkedIn, Facebook, or Instagram.

Those services are not operated by DraftX. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

No Warranty

DraftX is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.

The app developer does not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every use.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the app developer is not responsible for losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of DraftX, your content, iCloud sync, or third-party services.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of DraftX after changes means you accept the updated terms.
